Podcasts and YouTube channels are great, educational, and entertaining. I indulge in them and have my own list I run through on a pretty normal basis. But, they're also quite plentiful. The Whitetail Detail aims to provide whitetail, hunting, and outdoor articles that are informative, entertaining, and absorbable. They're just long enough to enjoy when you have a few minutes; maybe on break, laying down for the evening, or possibly even for those few minutes on the porcelain throne. Whenever and however you choose to enjoy them, I hope my articles keep you thinking about those cool October days that come too slow and are gone too fast.

Ive always loved hunting and the outdoors. Spending summers in the smokey mountains of West Virginia, squirrel hunting since I could hold a .22, and buying my first compound bow from a pawn shop not even know which side of it was the top. I dove into the word of archery hunting whitetail deer with not a clue of what to do, forgot about everything else outdoors for a while, and am now looking to share those experiences for those interested and willing to indulge me. Ive sat through years of never seeing a deer to watching a once in a life time buck walk down the edge of the neighbors corn field out of any opportunity I ever may have, and just about everything else in between. Thank you for your time spent here at The Whitetail Detail. I hope you can take something from it and through sharing my experiences I can become a better whitetail hunter myself.
